The Bureau of Research on Governance, Commerce & Administration (BORGCA) is a subsidiary organization of the Confederation of Governance Assessment Institute (COGAI), which was formed in 2007.

It was formed to give a new look and direction focusing more closely on individual activities and following the administrative performance of corporate institutions in our society.
Over the years, we have focused on why some economies do well while others fail, and together with our affiliate partner – COGAI, we recommend and advise individual entities and corporate bodies (where necessary) through our research and assessment in their respective fields of operation.
BORGCA is a fast-growing organization made up of professional research experts on governance, business management and administration to make sure policies formulated and implemented by governments, institutions and corporate bodies are aligned to meet the socio-economic needs of the citizenry towards national development.
‘BORGCA’ in partnership with ‘COGAI’ has from time to time recommended and commended individuals and companies who have performed exceedingly great, and have contributed significantly to nation building. We at ‘BORGCA’ believe in motivating individuals / corporate institutions through our award ceremonies in order to uphold and sustain diverse contributions in the quest for competitive excellence to consolidate our socio-economic growth / development.
To progressively serve as a bridge-wall to break the bonds of arduous domestic hurdles to domestic innovations through our assessment, advocacy roles, recommendations and rewards.
To undertake research, conduct analysis and assess the performance of individual / corporate operations on governance, commerce, business administration / management for socio-economic development.
